Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Would Re-Read Over & Over Again!

Top Ten Tuesday(9)

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish.

It has now been moved over to That Artsy Reader Girl.

I don’t really re-read books ever, I have so many books I haven’t read a first time that I feel like I don’t have time for re-reads! However, for this list I decided to pick books that I WOULD definitely re-read given the chance.

I will provide links to my reviews if I have them, these are in no particular order.

10.) Red Rising Trilogy by Pierce Brown

As heart-breaking as this trilogy is I also adore it to bits and pieces, one of my all time favorite series. It’s pretty much everything I love in my books which includes character badassery and twists that I would never see coming. So eventually I think I’d like to re-read the series and jump back onto that emotional rollercoaster.

You can read my full review of “Red Rising” here.

(I haven’t reviewed Golden Son and Morning Star yet, I’m in recovery)

9.) Queens of Geek by Jen Wilde

This is a quick, short, and fun book! The characters were incredibly diverse and relatable, I especially related to Taylor and her anxiety. I can see myself reading through this one again!

You can read my full review of “Queens of Geek” here.

8.) An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir

This is another book that’s full of great characters and awful, awful plot twists! *are you sensing a pattern yet?* But it was so action-packed and the world building was awesome, so I’d be willing to read through this book again!

You can read my full review of “An Ember in the Ashes” here.

7.) Night Film by Marisha Pessl

For a 600 page long book I was surprised by how fast paced and addictive it was, the perfect blend of some creepy horror, mystery, and suspense. I can’t even describe this book because of how unique it is but it’s awesome and I would re-read it in a heartbeat!

6.) Vicious by V.E. Schwab

I’d pretty much re-read anything by V.E. Schwab but “Vicious” is by far my favorite with the fantastic, grey characters and creative super powers!

You can read my full review of “Vicious” here.

5.) Illuminae by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff

Once again a very long book but so fast paced and full of action and twists! This book was so fun to read and so easy  that’d I love to re-read it!

You can read my full review of “Illuminae” here.

4.) Lips Touch: Three Times by Laini Taylor

I’d pretty much re-read anything by Laini as well but these three short stories were so, so good and I loved the illustrations!

You can read my full review of “Lips Touch” here.

3.) The Forbidden Wish by Jessica Khoury

This book had a YA romance that I actually loved! No tropes, slow-burn and just amazing! Plus the women were all complete badasses, it was very feminist!

You can read my full review of “The Forbidden Wish” here.

2.) Percy Jackson & The Olympians Series by Rick Riordan

I actually bought all but the last 2 books on my Nook Color and then I went out and bought the physical copies just for the sake of re-reading. I haven’t done it yet but I do plan on it someday because this series is amazing.

1.) Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling

Because it’s Harry Potter!
