May Wrap-Up

Top Ten Tuesday (48)

May was an alright month for me, I’m getting a little behind with both my reading and blogging (more than I’d like to be) but I blame it on Summer Fever! Hopefully the start of summer will give me some more down time for both though!

Books Read This Month: 5

Royals by Rachel HawkinsThe Queen Underneath by Stacey FilakFatal Throne by Candace FlemingThe Oddling Prince by Nancy SpringerOnyx and Ivory by Mindee Arnett

Technically this is how many books I read minus graphic novels, which I didn’t read this month, so I wasn’t too bad! I did DNF “The Oddling Prince” and am currently struggling with “Furyborn”, but I absolutely loathed “The Queen Underneath”. I absolutely loved both “Royals” and “Onyx & Ivory” and “Fatal Throne” was a decent read.

As I already mentioned I’m struggling with “Furyborn” right now, it’s just not worth the hype in my opinion. However, “The Butterfly Garden” is an amazing book, it’s very graphic and twisted but overall engaging!

I don’t know what it is, but in the summer I always read and blog way less too? But hopefully we both can kick it away! You still had such an amazing month, love! And I hope you have the happiest of reading and life in June! 💗xx

Aw, I’m sorry you are struggling with Furyborn; It’s my second favorite of the year so far. My May was slow because Riverdale season 2 is now on Netflix so I only read three and they were middle of the road. This has been a slow five months so far.
