June TBR

Lately I’ve been trying to cram my TBRs and that just, obviously, doesn’t work out the best. So I’ve got a slightly ambitious but yet slightly more toned down TBR for this month! Hopefully I can squeeze a few more in but that’s because I have quite a few ARCs due for July.

An ARC that I should have read a while ago but I feel like I spread myself too thin, awwww! Hopefully this will get read fast here though….

The Final Empire by Brandon Sanderson

I’m not sure WHEN this month but it’s happening, it’s finally happening, this is not a drill! I’ll be buddy reading this with my friend Ariana @ The Quirky Book Nerd and I’m soooo excited for it, this will be a nice break from ARCs especially since I know this will be a book I’ll love.

A Thousand Beginnings & Endings by Various Authors

Another ARC I can’t even begin to describe my excitement for! As soon as I’m done with “Bruja Born” this baby is mine! It’s an anthology of Eastern and South Asian myths and folklore retellings by We Need Diverse Books authors, what more can you want?!

Campfire by Shawn Sarles

A YA Horror in which a family is stalked by a local legend come to life. So yeah, it pretty much sounds awesome and I’m super excited to read it! There isn’t enough YA horror in my opinion.

Hullmetal Girls by Emily Skrutskie

I looove YA sci-fis and this one comes with cyborg soldiers! I’m really excited to give it a read especially since YA sci-fis have been really great these days.

In The Vines by Shannon Kirk

I have an ARC of this one and it sounds great, it’s a psychological thriller about a character returning to her family’s estate after her mother’s death and unveiling family secrets. I don’t know why but for some reason I love reading mysteries and thrillers in the summer?

Contagion by Erin Bowman

I’ve mentioned this book a few times on here already but man am I really pumped to read it! I originally thought it was a space virus book but it’s about something killing off the entire crew on a distant planet, it COULD be a space virus though….or alien monsters.
