I’m really looking forward to my TBR this month especially since I actually completed my TBR last month, and it was pretty ambitious for me! I, once again, have a pile of ARCs I’m going to try and get through this month!
The Dark Beneath The Ice by Amelinda Berube
I just finished this one and it was not good, at all. I actually am really disappointed with it and I hate to rate things one star but there wasn’t much to like here….
Ruin of Stars (Mask of Shadows #2) by Linsey Miller
I absolutely loved “Mask of Shadows” with all of it’s action and genderfluid thief character and cannot wait to see what the sequel will do!
Girl at the Grave by Teri Bailey Black
I believe this is a historical fiction and it’s about the daughter of a murderer who is blamed for a string of recent killings. It reminds me a bit of “I Hunt Killers” which I loved so maybe it’ll be a little similar.
The Raging Ones by Krista & Becca Ritchie
I was asked to review this and join the blog tour this month! This is a sci-fi about three main characters whose “death days” arrive but nothing happens to them and they’re forced to flee the planet.
Toil & Trouble: 15 Tales of Women & Witchcraft by Various Authors
This is an anthology about witches, gay witches. What’s there to not be excited about here?
Dare You To Lie by Amber Lynn Natusch
Okay, with this one there isn’t anything that really sticks out too terribly much but it’s from Tor Teen and it’s a mystery thriller so that’s all I need!
The 48 by Donna Hosie
I’m so excited to read this one it’s about time traveling agents in the court of the Tudors!
Strange Grace by Tessa Gratton
This seems like dark fantasy and is about a village that made a deal with the devil and during the Slaughter Moon they must sacrifice a young man to the Devil’s Forest. There’s three main characters: a witch, a saint, and an outcast who discover the hidden secrets of their village. I’m ecstatic for this one, I really love dark and twisty books!
The Impossible Girl by Lydia Kang
This sounded intriguing since the main character has two hearts but I am a little leery of it now since it’s historical fiction. However, I’ve really been wanting to try Lydia Kang’s writing.
Are any of these books on your TBR?
Have you read any of these, what did you think?
What are you planning on reading this month?
