Hello everyone, I’ve been holding off on doing this post for a little while here but I figured it’s finally time. I know some of you have probably been wondering where I’ve been recently as I haven’t been on any of my social media platforms or my blog here for a bit and overall I’ve been really absent even when I am posting. I’d like to apologize for how I haven’t been “present” in the community lately and give you all a bit of an explanation.
I’ve been struggling with my mental health (my anxiety is just about through the roof even typing up this post right now as I do not discuss this often) and I’ve noticed that it has gotten worse because I didn’t even have the energy or motivation to do something I love: reading and blogging. I’m the sort of person that continues to push myself though, even when a break is probably needed. So I essentially ignored this and kept attempting to read and post even though I wasn’t really putting my all into it. However, this short break I’ve taken has really been great and has relieved a lot of the pressure I was feeling BUT I miss you all and I miss posting!
I’d like to get back on track again though and hopefully the schedule I’ve been working on for myself will help me achieve that without pushing myself too far. I appreciate you all for being so understanding and continuing to support me through this tough time. I might not be responding to comments just yet, as even this small thing is a challenge for me lately, but please know that I read and appreciate every single one.
