It’s the start of the month so that means it’s time to talk about June’s new book releases! There are definitely a TON of great books coming out this month and I’m very excited for all of them!
I’ll provide the descriptions for each of these books so you know if you want to add them to your TBR as well! Also keep in mind these are ordered by release date from the beginning of the month to the end.
The Hundredth Queen by Emily R. King

Currently reading and I absolutely love the blend of Indian culture, fantasy, and magic! I’m hoping it all keeps up too because the premise is great!

A web of politics and lies? Dangerous pirates? COUNT ME IN! I just hope the pirate aspect isn’t disappointing because I’ve been waiting for some good pirates in YA!

Twins fighting for a throne just sounds amazing, very similar to “Three Dark Crowns” although I have yet to read that one!

The world building and premise just sound really interesting although I haven’t heard too many impressive things so far but I’m still hoping!

I really love interlocking timelines and POVs I think it adds a lot of complexity to the book! Plus I adored Anderson’s other novel “Tiger Lily” so if that is anything to go by this book will be amazing!

Our Dark Duet by Victoria Schwab

I did enjoy “This Savage Song” but after reading Schwab’s adult novels I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I would be, however, I’m still looking to give this sequel a try!

YET ANOTHER BOOK I NEED LIKE OXYGEN! “And I Darken” was pretty much the perfect book for me, while it’s a historical retelling of sorts it felt so much like fantasy. Plus it’s complex, gritty, and pure awesome! I’m so excited to see where this sequel will take me!
The Gentleman’s Guide To Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee
