Can my slump be over now? Holy crap. I have just not been very satisfied with my blogging, reading, bookstagramming, literally everything, lately. I just feel really “blah” about it but I’m hoping that since it’s October now that I can get out of this darn slump! I get to read spooky reads now so the slump needs to end! I’m sorry for being absent for pretty much the entirety of September but I’m working on coming back so I thank you all for bearing with me and for your continued support!
Yep, another bookish list! I know I do a lot of these but lists are kind of my favorite thing and I think it’s a great way to discuss things so here we are with another list!

During the summer I personally find that I’m more drawn to mystery/thrillers or fluffy/dramatic contemporaries, there is no in between! So these are books that I think make for great summer reads whether you’re at the beach, pool, or traveling!

For some reason I always feel like buying more books in the summer, summer book fever! So I decided it might be a little fun to do a list of the books I would buy right now if I had some extra spending cash…..and room to put them!
Lately I’ve been trying to cram my TBRs and that just, obviously, doesn’t work out the best. So I’ve got a slightly ambitious but yet slightly more toned down TBR for this month! Hopefully I can squeeze a few more in but that’s because I have quite a few ARCs due for July.

I did want to follow the original theme for this week “Books I DNF’d Too Quickly” or at the very least I wanted to talk about books I have DNF’d. However, I just haven’t DNF’d that many books! So I decided to do this one, in which I will talk about books I probably REALLY should have DNF’d instead of suffering through.
These are in no particular order and I will link up my full review if I have one.
There’s definitely quite a few books being released this month and I’m excited for a few as well! There’s also an honorable mentions section at the end including books that are part of series that I have not yet started or just books I personally don’t think I’d enjoy.

May was an alright month for me, I’m getting a little behind with both my reading and blogging (more than I’d like to be) but I blame it on Summer Fever! Hopefully the start of summer will give me some more down time for both though!
