September Wrap-Up (Okay Slump, Time To Be Over Now)

Top Ten Tuesday(22).jpg

Can my slump be over now? Holy crap. I have just not been very satisfied with my blogging, reading, bookstagramming, literally everything, lately. I just feel really “blah” about it but I’m hoping that since it’s October now that I can get out of this darn slump! I get to read spooky reads now so the slump needs to end! I’m sorry for being absent for pretty much the entirety of September but I’m working on coming back so I thank you all for bearing with me and for your continued support!

Books Read: 3

The Siren and The Specter by Jonathan JanzToil & Trouble by Tess SharpeDare You to Lie by Amber Lynn Natusch

I mean reading 3 books is better than none, right? I actually enjoyed all of my reads last month which was nice, I still have yet to review “Dare You To Lie” but it was enjoyable enough although nothing particularly mind blowing. My favorite read was definitely “The Siren and the Specter” though, fantastic read for Halloween!

Currently Reading:

Strange Grace

This is definitely a very interesting and unique book, I’m enjoying it so far. It’s definitely another of those books that will make for the perfect Halloween/Fall read! It’s creepy but not scary and those of you who don’t enjoy horror would probably enjoy this. However, I don’t know just how creepy it gets yet!

I think my reading slump has finally given way! It’s lasted most of the year, so hoping it lasts!! I’m currently reading Nevermoor – the tales of Morrison Crow! I hope your reading slump goes soon!!

I was in a reading slump in September too! It feels like I’ve been reading Tower of Dawn for months now, haha… I can’t wait to see what you think of Strange Grace. It sounds like such a fun book!

GIRL! I am WITH you on the slump! I NEED to kick this slump ASAP. I reached my Goodreads goal for the year (somehow) but I honestly thought I would blow it out of the water, and now I am not too sure. Here’s to hoping these slumps kick the bucket this month!

If it makes you feel any better, your review of ‘Toil and Trouble’ was what cemented my need to buy it! I hope you have a less slumpy October! 🙂

Yes, always the biggest compliment I can receive is that a review convinced you to read something! Thank you and sorry for the late comment (the slump is still kicking unfortunately!)
